Please read the following information below before placing your order.
We ship within Australia ONLY.
We offer Standard, Registered and Express Postage.
All orders will receive a tracking number, for this we will require your email address at the time of ordering so that your code can be sent to you.
All orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $8.00 for Standard Postage and $12.00 for Express Postage.
All orders over $50 receive free Standard Postage.
Our primary shipping service is Australia Post, items are posted from the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia, and we rely on Australia Post’s delivery time frames for
shipping items from this region, usually 3-7business days.
We endeavour to dispatch all of our orders within 1-2 Business Days from the time we receive your order; please note that Express Post items will have a higher priority
than Standard or Registered orders.
We do not offer a guarantee that your order will be dispatched if it is placed before a certain time.

Due to the unique nature of our products we cannot offer a refund unless your product is deemed to be faulty.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please ensure you select items that are correctly sized for your needs.
Returns will be approved at the discretion of Anchored Arts for replacement or a credit note.
If you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Returns ApplicationForm.
You must provide notice of the fault within 14 days from the purchase date and supply a copy of your original purchase receipt. If the product is deemed faulty you
will receive a credit note to use on our website equal to the amount of the product purchased, once the item has been received and assessed by Anchored Arts.
To ensure your return package is received safely by Anchored Arts we recommend all orders to be sent via tracked/registered post and the tracking number supplied to
us prior to sending the package. We can not offer a credit or refund on faulty items if we do not receive the original product.
Our refund policy is compliant with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Our commitment to privacy
Anchored Arts Tattoo Parlour and each of its associates, related entities and subsidiaries (together, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Anchored Arts”) are committed to protecting the privacy of Personal Information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988(Cth) (“Privacy Act”).
2. What information does Anchored Arts collect about you?
The types of Personal Information Anchored Arts may collect depends on the purposes for which it is collected but may include (without limitation) your name, gender, date of birth, occupation, residential address, email address, telephone number and other contact details, previous order information, purchasing preferences, IP address, credit card details, purchasing behaviour, employment history and other information relating to your work experience.
Anchored Arts will not collect Sensitive Information which includes information about racial or ethnic groups or religious beliefs without your express consent or as otherwise required by law. The exception to this is when you apply for a position, in which case refer to the section below titled “Prospective Employees or Applicants”. We will not use sensitive information for marketing purposes.
Without limitation, Anchored Arts will collect Personal Information from the following groups or individuals below.
(a) Prospective employees or applicants
We collect Personal Information when recruiting personnel, such as your name, contact details, qualifications and work history. Generally, we will collect this information directly from you.
We may also collect Personal Information from third parties in ways which you would expect (for example, from recruitment agencies or referees you have nominated). Before offering you a position, we may collect additional details such as your tax file number and superannuation information and other information necessary to conduct background checks to determine your suitability for certain positions. Subject to your consent, we may also collect sensitive information about you such as information about your health (including any disability), any criminal record, if it is relevant to the role that you are applying for, and whether you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
In limited circumstances as provided by the Privacy Act, Anchored Arts may collect information which is considered sensitive information without your consent (for example, if you are injured at an Anchored Arts owned or operated premises, we may collect health information about you in an emergency)
(c) Other individuals
Anchored Arts may collect Personal Information about other individuals who are not clients of Anchored Arts. This includes:
- individual service providers and contractors to Anchored Arts; and
- other individuals who interact with Anchored Arts on a commercial basis.
The kinds of Personal Information we collect will depend on the capacity in which you are dealing with Anchored Arts. Generally, it would include your name, contact details, and information regarding our interactions and transactions with you.

3. How does Anchored Arts collect your Personal Information?
Where it is reasonable and practicable to do so, Anchored Arts will collect your Personal Information from you. If you are under the age of 18, Anchored Arts may collect Personal Information about you from your parent or legal guardian.
We collect Personal Information in a number of ways including over the phone, by email, over the internet or in person. We may collect your Personal Information directly from you or in the course of our dealings with you, for example:

By accessing our website via links in an email we have sent and/or by accessing our website where you have identified yourself, you consent to the collection of such information where it is Personal Information. We may combine your anonymous or personal visitor session information or other information collected through tracking technologies with other Personal Information collected from you from time to time in order to understand and measure your online experiences and to determine what products, promotions and services are likely to be or interest to you.
9. Overseas Disclosure
The countries in which these organisations or persons are located will depend on the circumstances, but in the course of our ordinary operations, we may disclose Personal Information to our third party service providers located in the United States and New Zealand.
If we disclose Personal Information to a third party in a country which does not have equivalent privacy laws to Australia, we will take steps reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the Personal Information that it transfers will not be held, used or disclosed by the recipient of the information inconsistently with, or otherwise in breach of, applicable privacy laws (including the Privacy Act). For example, Anchored Arts may adopt appropriate contractual clauses with overseas recipients that ensures their compliance with applicable privacy laws (including the Privacy Act).
10. Security and Data Breaches
We take protecting your Personal Information seriously and are continuously developing our security systems and processes. We have a number of security controls in place and use a range of resources, process and technology controls to protect your Personal Information.
While we endeavour to protect the Personal Information of users of our website, we cannot guarantee the security of information you disclose online. You disclose that information at your own risk. You should be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Users of our websites are encouraged to exercise care in sending Personal Information via the internet.
You can also help protect your Personal Information by keeping your account details confidential, access is limited and encourage you to use a unique and strong password, limit access to your computer and log out after use. If you become aware of unauthorised access, please let us know as soon as practicable.
In the event of any loss, or unauthorised access or disclosure of your Personal Information that is likely to result in serious harm to you, Anchored Arts will investigate and notify you and where applicable the relevant supervisory authority (e.g. the Australian Information Commissioner) as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the loss, or unauthorised access or disclosure, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including the Privacy Act).
11. Access and Correction
We may decline your request to access or correct your Personal Information in certain circumstances in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. If we do refuse your request, we will provide you with a reason for our decision and, in the case of a request for correction, we will include a statement with your Personal Information about the requested correction.
12. Inquiries Procedure
The privacy officer will first consider your complaint to determine whether there are simple or immediate steps which can be taken to resolve the complaint. We will generally respond to your complaint within a week.
If your complaint requires more detailed consideration or investigation, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a week and endeavour to complete our investigation into your complaint promptly. We may ask you to provide further information about your complaint and the outcome you are seeking. We will then typically gather relevant facts, locate and review relevant documents and speak with individuals involved. In most cases, we will investigate and respond to a complaint within 30 days of receipt of the complaint. If the matter is more complex or our investigation may take longer, we will let you know.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, or you consider that Anchored Arts may have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or the Privacy Act, a complaint may be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
